First, these are the strangest fitting pants ever. I typically wear a size 6, I am 5'1". I had to get these in an XL. then I had to take in the waist by 4 inches BUT had to let out the crotch and thighs by approx 1 inch by adding a gusset from the fabric i cut from the length. I shortened them by 5". Unless you are desperate, like I was, and have mad sewing skills- don't buy these! Also, they are not stretch fabric, the seat and knees are not reinforced, there is not a vent zipper on the back of the legs. This is the WORST investment in hunting gear I have made in over 20 years.
