Great pattern but shell cartridge issues

Great pattern but I have had multiple issues with 2 shells loading at once causing a jam and also issue with shells not ejecting properly causing a jam.

couldn't find my normal shells in 2020 so I opted for these Now I can't find these in any stores. (cabalas and sportsman's warehouse). Probably the best I've used in years! Downed a swan with one shot using the 2x4's
