Big Green Egg SpeediLight All Natural Charcoal Starter Cubes come in boxes of 24 convenient squares. They light easily and are odorless and tasteless, with no chemical aromas or residue. Plus, they’re clean, safe and ready to use without the need for any lighter fluid – saving you money and providing a much better result!
Directions:
Fill the fire box with lump charcoal to at least 1 inch above the air holes.
With the lid open, slide the draft door completely open.
Nestle 1 or 2 Big Green Egg Starters into the charcoal and light. After approximately 10 mins, or whenever several coals are burning, close the lid.
When the temperature gauge reaches the desired cooking temperature, reduce the airflow by adjusting the dual function metal top and draft door.** Do not hold Fire Starter in hand to light. Does not include box.
