INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AND EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please call our returns department immediately at 1-877-622-5779 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT, or email them at email@example.com. If the product was shipped directly from the manufacturer please call or email the returns department before returning. Most manufacturers require the product to be returned to them. For all other items, please see additional return policy information below.
Please make sure to have your order number ready when calling or emailing regarding your return.
1. Complete the return form and Indicate the reason for the return and any reorder or refund or reorder instructions. The Return Form can also be downloaded here.
2. Enclose the completed return form with your merchandise.
3. Ship the package with return address clearly marked as specified below. Please use the same or smaller box if you can. You should ship the package using Fedex, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Mack's will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.

EASY 30-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your MPW purchase for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For the fastest service, returns should be accompanied by the purchase invoice. All returns are subject to a physical inspection and all merchandise must be returned in new, unused, unlaundered, resale condition within 30 days. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. Mack’s will send a return shipping label for defective merchandise upon request.
Mack’s will NOT refund shipping charges or pay for items to be returned.
NO returns on closeout or Bargain Blind Items.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO EVALUATION. If merchandise is not found to be defective the consumer will be subject to any shipping charges that may apply. Refunded value for any item(s) returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount applied to order. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly. Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. Refunds or exchanges on any defective merchandise will be given at the evaluation of Mack's Pro Staff. All returns must be sent ground service only. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER INITIAL PURCHASE DATE. PLEASE RETAIN THE PACKING SLIP FOR ANY GIFTS THAT MAY NEED TO BE RETURNED.
THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY
The following items must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase: CDs, videos, and computer software. If opened, these items may only be exchanged for same items.
Electronics, tents, ice houses, waders, and tree stands may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Any/all hunting calls may be returned within 7 days if UNUSED. Any call returned in used condition or past the 7 days will not be refunded. Firearms, ammunition, black powder, primers, reloading lead and brass or bullets, and power equipment may not be returned due to safety considerations. All Customized/Personalized items can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Note: Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
MACK’S PRAIRIE WINGS WADER WARRANTY
Mack’s warrants this product to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. (Example: if you purchase the product on January 1st and then return it on October 1stand receive a replacement product, then the replacement product has exactly three (3) months warranty remaining.)
Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. This warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY. This warranty does not cover unreasonable or excessive use, damage (rips, tears, punctures, etc) or any alteration of this product.
Any wader returned that shows signs of being worn will receive a refund minus 20% or if an exchange will only receive a credit minus 20% towards the new item. Once waders or any item has been used it cannot be returned unless there was a manufacturer defect.

INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE, FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND A GOOD DAYTIME (8AM-5PM CT) PHONE NUMBER.
TO HELP EXPEDITE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN, PLEASE STATE REASON FOR RETURN.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO MACK'S FREIGHT PRE-PAID VIA FEDEX OR UPS.

Mack’s shall in no way be obligated to incidental or consequential damages of any kind. The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or credit (up to the amount of the original purchase price) only. Mack’s will make the sole determination as to the validity of any warranty claim and to the method of compensation.
Mack's sells firearms in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws regarding firearm transfer and ownership. Mack’s can only accept returns of new guns that have not been fired or altered. Refer to manufacturer’s warranty info for all other issues. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned firearms.
Defective items from the following vendors MUST be returned DIRECTLY to the Vendor themselves.
