First impressions out of the box.

by DuckHunter

Out of the box review . Have not had them in water yet. They do not seem to be the quality I was expecting. Only one of the shoulder straps has a release buckle. The right side iis permanently attached. I prefer to NOT have the shoulder strap in place when I shoot.. The rubber on the boots seems VERY thin. I would order one size up from normal shoe size. The protective layer that is supposed to cover your knee area falls short of the knee. Zipper pockets on the chest are VERY small. Anything larger than the size of vehicle keys probably won't fit inside. The larger chest pocket is nice. The LED light works, not sure that I will actually use it. The fleece lined handwarmer pocket is roomy and nice. Two year warranty for manufacturers defects. I will just have to wait and see how they hold up. Would not buy at full price. Sale price 40% off and even that will be too much if they don't last. Until field tested/proven Overall 3 stars .

Banded Waders Leak

by Tom P.

Hey Duckhunter, wait till you get them in water. I wouldn't worry about the shoulder buckle. These suckers leak like a siv. If you hunt 3-4 days/week in water you will get your money back via warranty, so I wouldn't worry about that either. Went back to neoprene. And I'm in south LA...thats saying something.

Great Waders.

by Barry B

Love the waders. Were super comfy and the lightbar was of use when I forgot my headlamp

Garbage except for the Danner boot they use to build the waders

by TX Hunter

Leaked in the crotch the very first time I wore them. Didn't return them immediately because I was mostly field hunting or on a boat last season. Put them on for early teal this season and what a mistake that was. Waders are made to keep you dry, not let water in. Leaked in the crotch, torso seam and anywhere else that was underwater. Complete waste of time and money.

A+++ Mack’s Customer Service

by R Wood

I ordered these on a Saturday morning to be overnighted for a ND hunt that I was leaving for Thursday morning. I went to a local sales event and got a Banded Rep size me - I ordered the wrong size - I needed a 9 Reg. Called Mack’s they had a 9 Reg in NatGear, swapped the order and saved a little $. Tuesday came and no waders. Tracking wasn’t very helpful. Wednesday morning I called Mack’s panicking, (I was flying out the next day) Mack’s couldn’t find them. Mack’s canceled that order and overnighted another pair directly to the ND lodge. I got there Thursday. No waders. I went to bed around 1030 - no waders. I wake up for the hunt Friday morning. Check the porch and my waders are on the porch - like freaking Christmas morning.
They functioned as advertised. Only thing nicer would have been if they shipped them with a pair of batteries for the light bar.

Extra Large Fit !

by Dan

Tried these on and had to return. Way too loose around the middle, could fit two regular sized people in there ! Also a bit too long in the legs for a 30" inseam individual. Would not recommend for the non Husky Hunter.
