Dear Duck Club Member,
We implemented our Duck Club as a way to thank our customers for their loyalty to Mack’s Prairie Wings. However, as many of you know, the current technology used to service this program has been inadequate in keeping up with our customer volume and needs. We have decided to temporarily suspend the Duck Club program unless or until we are able to modernize and migrate it to a better system.
As of Nov 1, 2019, you will no longer see the available rewards to redeem upon check out. In place of your reward dollars, we will be mailing a reward card which is the equivalent of your current available balance. This card can be redeem just like a gift card on the web, call center or in the store.
