Tohatsu's mid-range 40HP Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) outboard motor is the lightest weight in its class starting at just 209 pounds. This outboard is equipped with proven technology EFI and microcomputer programmed ignition which provides quick throttle response, excellent fuel economy and smooth rides. The high output 21 amp alternator provides for superior battery charging and adjustable steering friction and trim tab reduces amount of steering effort.
