Hard to pass up a real deal when it is the best deal you'll get.

I know everyone wants a gold plated shotgun that costs a months salary. I know a beautiful shotgun is a prized possession. I also know that I never owned such a piece and won't. Mostly because I would be afraid to dirty up a gun that cost's as much as a car. I love my Maverick 88 12 ga from Mossberg. Mossberg is all I owned for many years. I had to sell my 20 ga pump and later got a different brand 20 ga but it was never as good as my Mossy. I have shot this new gun enough to know it is a solid performer and will last as long as I do. Mossberg is good enough to be used by the US military and has been used in combat for years. That is good enough for me. I recommend the model. It's a real workhorse.
