I just got done hanging this stand with a friend. I have read several reviews from other sellers sites that made me cautious about buying the stand. I am glad I bought it. Mack’s PW had the best price. Some said the shooting rail was too high. It’s perfect. Some said the seat is uncomfortable. It’s nice. Better than most other stands I have sat in over the last 25 years. Done said it’s flimsy or weak. It is made to hold 500 lbs. Once you get the support to the tree and the two straps around the tee to the steps. You climb up and put the two ratchet straps on and it’s good to go. Direction for assembly are decent. A couple of trial and error issues but not bad. Good height, not too high for those that don’t like heights. Would buy again. I bought to take the wife hunting.
very cheep materials
The 2 man partner tree stand seemed well built during the two hour assembly. The two man top did seem heavy for the small steel three piece ladder. After assembly myself and two hunting partners picked location and started walking the stand up the tree half way up the center ladder section folded dropping the stand to the ground. I personal have mounted over one hundred ladder stands and never had a ladder break. I contacted Muddy they told me they would not send me a ladder section the only thing I could do is take it down disassemble and take back. I do NOT recommend Muddy tree stands.

I have been hunting for about 30 years and it is the most comfortable stand I think I have ever sat in it is very roomy if I am by myself but with my grandson who is 10 it starts to get a little bit crowded. But still roomy enough to hunt from. As far as getting it up I did it by myself I climb the tree with a climber sunken eyelet with a pulley and ran a rope to the ground tied it to the main basket seat assembly and hoist it up put one ladder Ron at a time on. Used my ATV to pull it up. Then I did the X straps a crossed the back of the tree to the ladder, then I climbed it and ratcheted the two straps. Ignore the review above because somebody didn’t use their head when they installed it. I had no problem and I actually had covered the whole basket in a blind like material so it would conceal movement. Great Stand great price!
