Great shirt
by Keith
This has been my go to shirt for several seasons now. It is soft, warm, layers great if it gets cold. I usually go with a merino wool of a fleece Henley style shirt under it. The sleeves snag and ride up a bit going into the Filson jacket. They do not with a slick lined jacket like a Drake. Wash it and it hangs dry in less than ten minutes. Dries quick if your cuffs get wet setting decoys. Perfect in the duck blind Friday and Saturday morning. Good enough for the football stadium at night. I like this shirt better than the similar Drake shirt.
Soft, Warm and Comfortable
by CH
This is a very warm shirt. Heavier than I expected since they call it Early Bird. However, it is very nice and comfortable. I used it on a cloudy day in the high 30' with a light wind, right after it arrived. I had a short sleeve T-shirt underneath. Had my liner-less rain jacket over the top, which is very light. I was super comfortable and kept warm during a 4 hour waterfowl hunt. This shirt is extremely soft and well made. I look forward to waering it during my next hunt. It would not be good on a warm day though. Highly recommended!

Versatile

Love this shirt, own 3, bought it 1 size bigger, and don't put it in the dryer(dries quickly), great in an early season duck or goose blind, around a campfire, or cool morning fishing, over another light shirt. Works good as a layer under a heavy icefishing coat too, like that if you get a sleeve wet, it's gonna dry pretty quick.
XLG same as LG with longer sleeves
by Wild Bill
I ordered both large and extra large shirts. I’m 6’ 2” with a 44” chest, 36” waist, and 35” sleeve. I found the LG shirt fit my body but the sleeves were too short. The XLG shirt had the same body fit and the sleeves were two inches longer, which fit me well. I was surprised the two different sizes seemed to fit my body the same, so I laid them out flat with the LG on top of the XLG, and saw that the shoulder widths were the same. The chest width on the XLG was slightly wider than the LG. I can live with that as long as the sleeves are long enough. I usually have to buy an XLG the shirt isn’t available in a large tall, so the cut on the XLG shirt worked out well for me.

I love this shirt. Warm, with great fit. I used this shirt in the cold Indiana duck marsh in November and December. One of the best purchases I've made. Thanks Mack's!
Buttons poorly attached

Three stars because the first time my husband wore it, two buttons came off....otherwise he really liked the shirt! Now I have to get the sewing kit out.
Warm & soft

My go to shirt for hunting or anything outside in cool weather. Can wear a layer under for colder weather. Quick to dry, comes out of the washer hardly damp. I own a couple of them.
