LaCrosse Burly Insulated Hip Boot 600G

What you'll find in this hip boot is the durability of the old school green ol rubber die hard knee boots in a hip boot style. Very comfortable, warm, rugged unless you puncture them they are pretty well bulletproof. I love the cleated sole . Has a buckle that you can adjust at the shin and they wont run up and down your leg. With the snug ankle design they wont slip in mud anyway unless you get a size or two too big. They run true to size .

These boots meet or exceed those things that I was searching for in a pair of hip boots, I especially like the inside lacing that fits around the calf of the leg, Once the laces are fit comfortably. there is a snap to open them up so I won't have to "refit" them every time I put them on, Attentioin to details like this make them the footwear for me!

Hip waders priced at competitive rate as compared to other merchants, product arrived promptly and package was damage free. Definitely will look at Mack's Prairie Wings in the future before shopping other merchants.

Great boots. Very well made. Compared to others I have purchased in the past these actually came with quality laces for the calf tie off. They also have snaps on the belt straps which makes putting them on and off much easier. Haven’t tried them out yet but expect them to be really good.

I returned them. For my kind of duck hunting found the heavy.quality is very good.

They fit very well

Right calf strap had all male snaps thus nonfunctional. Left calf strap very hard to press snaps together, needed undue pressure.Bootstrap snaps way off center but still functional. So far, after 3 wearings, no leaks. From ankle to knee rubber seems very thin.

I have only used them a few times but they seem to be what I was looking for. Like all Lacrosse footware very tight at ankle, which I consider a hinderence. The tight ankle is why i quit wearing the 18' Lacrosse boots.
