Great quality and toasty warm.

by Lance S

I just hunted a pond in Texas during 50F weather with 20+ mph wind for 4 hrs and I was warm and toasty the whole time with this jacket over a down vest and a sweatshirt. The fleece inside is thick and goes all the way through the sleeves and also up in the hood. The adjustments on the hood are great, and the pockets are big and roomy. You could put a whole box of shells in one if you wanted. I was so glad I had this bad boy on when that wind picked up. Its definitely a warm jacket that is useful and feels great. I usually wear a solid large across all brands and bought an XL because I was going to layer with a puffy down vest, and it fit great. Without the vest layer, it's too big in the chest and too long in the sleeves. Maybe I should have went with the Large, but it will be a layered, cold-weather option for me. I certainly don't regret it and will look to Gamekeeper for more quality products.
