Duck Rut Chug-N-Duck Jerk Rig

Have to give it a 3 right out the box. Went for the kit instead of the individual decoy because I wanted to keep my other jerk rigs intact. Well, the string does not come with anything to wrap it up on like it shows on the box so I had to disassemble my other jerk rig in order to have a complete set.

First problem was, i purchased the set because I did not want to disassemble my other jerk rigs. The box shows a handle to wrap your rope onto but there was not one in the box so I ended up having to take one from another of my jerk strings.

Second, I used it today for first time and decoy filled with water and did not look any better than a regular jerk rig.

No spool to wind the line and the anchor line is too short for deeper water

This rig was a game changer for my spread. Ducks from way up in the heavens were coming down for me.

The decoy itself produces amazing lifelike action! Have hunted over it a couple of days now and Ducks really seem to respond well to it. The pull cord that came with it could be of better quality. The bag is nice. Great place to store extra batteries and such for robos. Really pleased overall.

Bought one new and tried it, bought 3 more!! Totally awesome on the water action, something new or different for the ducks to see, worked really well for me!

Works as advertised. Looks much better than a traditional jerk string. Yes, I had to use a separate piece to wrap string but not a big deal. Everyone hunting with me was super impressed. Highly recommend! Will not let me click 5 stars.. worth it

Finally a product that really works!

Three hunts already and this decoy is awesome! It throws a lot of water and puts out more way more motion on the water than a standard jerk rig.

Just got home from a 3 day hunt with an outfitter in Arkansas who was using one. Our group limited three days in a row and almost every duck we shot was lighting on top of this thing! Incredible! Ordered two on the ride home.

Best jerk string duck ever! Moves a lot more water, quick to set up. If you are serious about a jerk string, this is the setup.

Gives awesome motion to the spread

Great Rig! So little effort to move a bunch of water, has helped us get a few extra ducks each hunt so far this year. 1 Decoy and bag makes it so much easier to manage with your gear than a traditional jerk rig. Highly recommend!

Used this during the first split, was a little skeptical at first. Totally different approach on the jerk string action! Moves a ton of water and really gets those ducks to come give a look. We hunted timber two days and had birds try to land on the decoy. Highly recommend!! Must have!

Used it for the first time during the first split, great on the water motion with little effort, way better than traditional jerk rig, love the bag and complete set up, easy to keep together. Ducks reacted really well to it, it gave us opportunities at duck I don't think we would have had with out it. Must Have! Great new product!

Great decoy that pushes a lot of water for excellent splashing and water movement. But the decoy jerk string itself is extremely stretchy. This is only the string that is stretchy and not the bungee cord. The bungee cord and anchor is good, but when coupled with the jerk string that stretches it make using it more difficult to use. You really have to take out the stretch of the jerk cord just to get to the stretch of the bungee cord so it make for a very long pull just to get some good water movement. If the jerk string itself was replaced with something that does not stretch at all it would make the rig easier to get water movement when coupled with the bungee cord and anchor. Please rethink the type of cord used for the jerk string. Current string is too stretchy. I am currently seeking another type of string with less or no stretch to replace the existing string to attach to the existing bungee and anchor.

Honesty the best jerk rig style motion system I’ve ever used or seen would recommend to anyone

Just finished up a 4 man mallard limit and had to write a review. Late season ducks are stale and won’t respond to a call , there was little wind but but they were literally trying to light on it. It really throws some water.
