Avery Outfitter Layout Blind

I think the assembly instructions were written by a 10y/o with ADD. Hard to follow and very vague. Blind seems Okay. Not very pack friendly at all but if you can drive to where you will be using it, it will work.

The instructions were very hard to follow and the blind doesn’t seem to collapse. Very roomy inside. Handles and other things started to rip on it after first use. Would not suggest since having to carry this massive thing from truck to spot

Bought this blind and had to redrill one of the mounting brackets because it was mounted wrong and needed to be turned 1/2” inch in order to connect the top. This was a bit of a slow down, but I figured it was easier than sending it back. Very next step calls for 2 more screws and bolts, which they did not include. So not only was it drilled wrong, but then they also did not give me enough screws to put it together. No big deal, I’ll dig some out of the garage….very next step I get to the next mounting brackets for the top, yup you guessed it, both mounting brackets were broken. Now taking this thing apart and sending it back to Mack’s. Save yourself the headaches and don’t buy Avery stuff. It’s junk

I own a large outfitting business in Saskatchewan. We are buying 20 new blinds this year so I ordered 4 different layout blinds to see which one we want to buy 16 more of. This blind was the only one I would not even consider buying again. The other 3 were good and we will order one of those, but this one was the only one warranted a bad review. Instructions were horrible, and quality was even worse. Parts were missing, parts came broken and the doors don’t even shut correctly once put together. Absolutely junk, bulky blind that I would not recommend at all

Absolute trash. Directions are awful, assembly is tough and doesn’t really work right. Busted welds, screws missing, missized frame/Velcro holds. I love Avery but this blind is awful and had to be returned.
