If I wasn't moving out of the plastics I probably would have bought some. The new GW Teals look great. The new Wood Duck poses should help finnish the birds. Bill

They look great, just curious to see if they fixed the paint durability problems that so many people had.

Drake Taker, They have had paint issues since the beginning. I'm sure the same problem will return again. They were cool looking non the less and the poses had to of been researched. For the GHG guys they look good. I will keep adding the burlappers to the rig though. If they're shot they'll keep floating at least. I did add my first corker to the spread this weekend. Bill

I agree they look good. Just seems a lot of people are starting to look for more durabillity in their decoys since decoys are becoming so expensive. Burlappers are durable thats for damn sure

I wish G&H would come out with some of the surface feeders, them thangs would look some kinda good on a jerk string. I am truly tempted to buy a pair of the "china gold" er I guess I should say Avery/ GHG's but 20 bux for a pair is just getting to me when they seam to be well just junk. I know I bought some sleepers and butts last year but I did catch them on sale. But now I need to repaint them after only a hand full of hunts. Some may remember when I had issues with the paint on my G&H's but they did stand behind them I just received my replacements today. To me it meant a lot when "Duck" G. of G&H took the time to call me and personally apologize for the paint blunder and then they payed the shipping both ways. I tried to call Avery/GHG about the fading issues and even emailed them but never got anything back.. I guess maybe I should learn to speak Chinese so maybe they could understand me..... Oh well live and learn I guess... I do not even know why I thought about ordering some of them after the cold shoulder treatment.

Dakota Decoys put them to shame (GHG) at least in the mallard! Coming out with the new flocked head drake late this fall and will be in full production next year! Have seen them and they are SUPER! They are also looking in to doing the Teal and some other ducks. They have been into the goose decoys more than anything for now but have been getting a lot of pressure to put out avariety of duck decoys. One step at a time.

Glad you got that problem figured out!!! GHG has always had a problem with their paint for some reason or another!

duckblind, 98% of my decoys are GHG. Still have the original GHG Fullbodies, also have the shells, and lessers. Haven't had any problems with the shells, the lessers which are a great looking decoy, to me don't have the durability of paint even compared to my original fullbodies. Bought a couple of dozen of the Dakota's this summer and can't wait to try them out this fall!! I will keep adding to my spread with the Dakota's little by little unless something better comes along, but I doubt that! And if you have any problems with them, they will back them up 100% no questions asked!! Not saying that GHG doesn't have a bad looking decoy, its the durability that counts for me! Don't want to go out and have to buy new decoys every two years! Or have to repaint them!

GHG decoys look really good for a year or two then its all downhill from there. They still haven't figured out the paint.
