Head gunsmith Matt Spoon has been working at Mack’s Prairie Wings since 2000. He has an Associate of Applied Science in Gunsmithing from Trinidad State Junior College in Colorado. Mack’s is a full service gun repair facility. We are a Weatherby, Browning, and Winchester warranty repair center. Located in the duck capital of the world, you can’t help but work on some shotguns. Ask around, we work on as many duck guns as anyone in the world, even Benelli’s.
Customized hunting and target rifles are our passion. Starting small, we have gained state wide recognition. Today we are building thirty to forty rifles a year, and growing. Everything from basic hunting guns to custom-made 600 yard bench rest rifles, we can handle it. Personal service is important to people wanting a made-to-order rifle built and customer satisfaction and making new friends is our number one goal.
