    Pheasant Hot Bites

    Ingredients:
    • 3/4 Cup Flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1 lb Boneless Pheasant
    • 1/4 Cup Vegtable Oil
    • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
    • 2 Tbsp Franks Hot Sauce

    Directions:
    • Combine flour, salt and pepper in ziploc bag
    • Cut pheasant into 1” cubes and add to ziploc bag; shake to
      coat pheasant in mixture
    • Heat veg. oil over medium heat, add pheasant and cook until
      brown
    • Melt butter and hot sauce together; pour sauce over pheasant
    • Cook 20-30 minutes or until tender
