    Pheasant Hot Bites

    Pheasant Hot Bites

    Ingredients:

    • ¾ Cup Flour
    • 1 ½ tsp Seasoned Salt
    • ¼ tsp Pepper
    • 1 lb Boneless Pheasant
    • ¼ Cup Vegtable Oil
    • ½ Cup Butter, melted
    • 2 Tbsp Franks Hot Sauce

    Directions:

    • Combine flour, salt and pepper in ziploc bag.
    • Cut pheasant into 1” cubes and add to ziploc bag; shake to coat pheasant in mixture.
    • Heat veg. oil over medium heat, add pheasant and cook until brown.
    • Melt butter and hot sauce together; pour sauce over pheasant Cook 20-30 minutes or until tender.
