Grilled Duck with Jalapeño Slices

- Breast of Ducks
- Bacon, cut in half
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Jalapeño Pepper Slices
- Cut breast in cubes then butterfly.
- Insert cheese and pepper slices.
- Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpick.
- Grill until bacon is done and duck is med-rare.
- Serves 2-3.
