- 1 Goose Breast cut into ¼ inch strips
- Favorite Seasoning
- Peanut Oil
- Heat oil in heavy skillet.
- Place flour and seasoning in zip lock bag.
- Add goose strips and shake until coated.
- Fry the strips in the hot oil 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels.
