    Goose Kebobs

    Goose Kebobs

    Ingredients:

    • Goose Breasts
    • Red Wine
    • Cajun Seasoning
    • Kabobs

    Directions:

    • Cut goose breasts into 2 or 3 inch cubes.
    • Marinade in red wine for 30 minutes.
    • Rub with cajun spices.
    • Skewer on kabobs and grill until slightly charred on the outside.
