Ingredients:
• 4 Cups Goose, diced
• 2 Cups Wild Rice
• 7 Cups Chicken Broth
• 4 tsp Chopped Onion
• 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
• 1/2 tsp Butter
• 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
• 1 Pint Heavy Cream
• 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese |

Directions:
• Cook the rice in 5 cups of the chicken broth until done
• Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish
• Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
• Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour |
