Fried Duck Nuggets

- Duck Breasts
- Favorite Steak Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Soak breasts in salt water overnight if possible.
- Remove from salt water and pat dry.
- Cut into bite size pieces.
- Dip meat into the steak sauce, coating evenly.
- Roll in flour and salt and pepper.
- Heat oil and fry duck pieces until golden brown. ENJOY!
