Ingredients:
• Duck Breasts
• Favorite Steak Sauce
• Flour
• Salt & Pepper
• Oil |

Directions:
• Soak breasts in salt water overnight if possible
• Remove from salt water and pat dry
• Cut into bite size pieces
• Dip meat into the steak sauce, coating evenly
• Roll in flour and salt and pepper
• Heat oil and fry duck pieces until golden brown
