Ingredients:
• Cream cheese
• Onion Powder
• Garlic Powder
• Cumin
• Worcestershire
• Lime Juice

Directions:
• Take a duck breast and make an incision to make a pocket in
the meat.
• Stuff the duck breast with the cheese mixture and wrap with a
slice of bacon.
• Secure with a toothpick.
• Put on a rack on a sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees until
bacon is done.
• Also makes great jalapeno poppers too.
