    Broiled Goose Breast

    Broiled Goose Breast

    Ingredients:

    • 2 Deboned Goose Breasts
    • 4 tsp Grated Onion
    • ¼ Cup Grated Carrots
    • 1 tsp Sage
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • ½ tsp Pepper
    • 2 Cups White Wine

    Directions:

    • Remove skin from the breast.
    • Combine the ingredients in a large bowl or zip lock bag and add the breasts.
    • Place in fridge for at least 8 hours.
    • Remove from marinade and pat dry.
