Mossy Oak Bottomland

Mossy Oak Bottomland was the first pattern designed by Mossy Oak in 1986 and used as the foundation for all later patterns. The shapes of the first pattern were designed, with the help of a local artist, using the bark and moss design from a very large and special oak tree in South Alabama. The Bottomland pattern is colored with dull, flat colors from real dirt, leaves, bark and old moss - blending perfectly in with the ground and under-story of big hardwoods and swampy areas.
