1. How can I return merchandise purchased in a Mack’s Retail Store?
If purchased in the Bargain Blind, the merchandise is not returnable. Please view our Return Policy.

2. Can I track my order with a tracking number to find out where and how it was shipped?
Through the My Account area, you will be able to access your Order History and Order Tracking Information. Mack’s has linked directly with our shipping providers to access the most current shipping information on your order. Shipping information and tracking numbers may also be obtained by e-mailing us for the information, or by calling 1-877-MACKSPW (1-877-622-5779).

3. How long will it take for an order to be delivered to a foreign country?
Packages shipped via Surface Mail can take up to 90 days for delivery. Packages shipped via Air Mail can take up to 60 days for delivery. If International UPS or Federal Express is available in your country, delivery will take 7-14 days.

4. Why is the delivery date later than what I expected for the shipping that I paid for?
Delivery time may not include weekend and holidays as "business days". Our system will quote the latest delivery date possible.

5. Can I change/add to my order after I have checked out?
Once orders are placed on our site, they are processed for shipping in a very timely manner for our customers. To inquire as to whether any changes or additions can be made on your order, call 1-877-MACKSPW (1-877-622-5779).

6. When I am inquiring about my order what information do I need to include? Include your name, address, and phone number. If you know your customer number(found in order confirmation emails and on catalog), please include that as well.

7. Can I place an order via e-mail?
E-mailing is not considered a secure means of placing an order. Mack’s Internet site is secure, protecting your privacy, and ready to receive your order, or you may contact our phone order department at 1-877-MACKSPW (1-877-622-5779).

8. Where's my order?
Through the My Account area, you will be able to access your Order History and Order Tracking Information. Mack’s has linked directly with our shipping providers to access the most current shipping information on your order. If you need further information it may be obtained by e-mailing us or by calling 1-877-MACKSPW (1-877-622-5779).

9. Can I use my gift card for online ordering?
Yes! We can now accept up to seven gift cards on each order, as partial or full
payment. Simply "checkout" as usual untill you reach the "Shipment and Billing" page.

Below your billing address, you will see a box where you can enter gift card
numbers and/or check your available balances on each card.

You will be asked to provide credit card information only if your order total exceeds your
available gift funds.

Any balance from a partially used gift card will remain on that card, and can
be used on further order by using the same gift card number.

What about using multiple discount codes?
We're sorry, but you can only use one discount code per order. If you have a discount code, it cannot be combined with another discount.
Discounts may also cause you to fall below the limits for Free Shipping. Total item cost must be within the limits to receive the Free Shipping offer.



10. What is your returned check policy due to insufficent funds?
Checks returned for insufficient funds may be assessed a $30.00 service fee. The fee and total order amount may be electronically withdrawn from your bank account via EFT.

11. How do I request a donation from Mack’s for my group or organization?
We at Mack’s Prairie Wings/Mack's Sport Shop financially support many of the outdoor organizations and conservation groups throughout the year. We will attempt to help as many charitable causes as we can. However, we will base our decision on the following criteria and our financial budget. Mack’s continues to strive to provide financial support to organizations.

To request a donation from Mack’s, please include the following information in your request:
-organization name
-event plans and exact dates
-complete contact information (physical street address, e-mail, phone)
-organization purpose and history
-groups that benefit from our donation
-the part you would like Mack’s to play and what that would specifically include

The Donations department needs more than six weeks notice to successfully process a request. Contributions are generally in the form of Mack’s brand merchandise; however, we cannot fill requests for specific items.

12. How long will my order paid with my personal check be held?
Orders paid by personal check are held approximately 15 days to completely clear the banking system.
