Pretty good, but there are a couple of things...

How is the quality? Does it have every feature you need?
Overall, the construction is good. There are washers that are used as spacers for the shooting rail and the foot rest that should be nylon like they supply for the seat hinge. When the temp dropped below about 25F, the shooting rail hinge got noisy in the wind due to torque. Save yourself a headache and get nylon washers in there - about $2. For the price, the manufacturer should have supplied them. I live in NE Minnesota so any treestand is subject to sub-zero temps.
There is a hole in the center of the footrest that I will assume is suppose to be a drain when the footrest is collapsed - it whistles when the wind is from the right direction. A piece of leather bootlace or p-cord disrupts this to quiet it down.
What do you like or dislike about the features?
Stable shooting rail and GREAT seat!
Do you think this item is a good value?
It does seem priced a little high - Mack's does have the best price that I found, though.

I would recommend it, but only with the alerts mentioned above.
