I use 3.5" -#2 for regular season, and 3"-#4 for early teal, and these shells just crush duck after duck. Way less cripples compared to when I used to shoot cheaper shells. Epic product.

Tossing a speck of hevi shot does make sense in theory. It's a good feature.

The box is false advertising of gross magnitude, the picture would make you think this shell is 60/40 split steel/hevi by volume. I've cut these up and weighed them, it tends to be 30% and less hevi shot by WEIGHT. I don't have an appropriate graduated cynlinder to accurately give the volume, but if you consider the density difference you'd be safe estimating the actual by volume ratio to be pictured should be 80/20 or 85/15!! There is hardly nay hevi shot in these at all, and the picture makes you feel like you are getting an awesome deal because hey, it's practically 50% hevi shot! NOPE. I asked on their site about this and they won't respond... The price and perf is overall right, that's why I'm not slamming them in all aspects of this review, but they need to get right with the advertising before someone gets a whiff of the easy class action lawsuit here. Good shell, but I wouldn't run them as fervently as I have had I known this last season.
