Tatical Solutions X-ring 10/22 Matte Black Compensator is the perfect addition to any ruger 10/22 rifle. The compensator decreases the recoil and distributes the gases effectively. The other main function of a compensator is to decrease barrel rise, which is especially important to competition shooters. No gunsmithing is needed if it will be attached to a Tactical Solutions 0.5 x 28 TPI threaded end barrel. Constructed and machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The full area gas ports allows gas to be released in all 360 degrees to provide optimum accuracy. The outside diameter is 0.920 inches.
