Quality: The quality is outstanding.
Features: I really like the flexibility. I have trained my lab for 15 months without an e-collar and this is really helping me to fine tune him. I am greatly pleased with his progress in a very short time. The instruction book and video included is a big help since I had never used an e-collar before.
Cost: A little pricey, but has proved to be worth it.
