RNT built this short barrel duck call for one reason and one reason only, to produce the most nasty, raspy, knarly, plain out bad to the bone sound ever packed in a 4-1/4 inch duck calling machine.

The new tone board design of this duck call along with the shorter barrel makes for an easier blowing call as well as allowing the caller to come down softer on the call without sacrificing a meaty ducky sound on top. The bore was designed to produce a nasally ducky sound with just the right amount of back pressure to make this an awesome medium volume call.

My daughter was gifted a custom pink short barrel. The insert was hand cut by Mr. Richenback, and he signed it also. I could not let her keep blowing this duck call, so I ordered her another short barrel in "redneck" that she can use to learn to call. There will not be any other brand call on our lanyards.
