Quality: Only had it a few weeks, but seems to be a quality and durable product.
Features: I think the idea of this one is great...there is a lot of surface area to hold the scent. You have to be careful not to get the scent on your hands though. I'd recommend trying it out a couple times (with gloves too) before adding your choice of scent.
Cost: I hate that this thing probably cost $3 to manufacture and we pay $20, but if it works thats OK then. Unless we can make something better on our own, they got us where they want us.
