Petit Jean Bone-In Peppered Ham
Yum! Ham doesn't get much better than this. The Petit Jean Bone-In Peppered Hams are hand-prepared and slowly smoked with burning hickory chips in the same way as the Ozark Hickory Smoked Hams. What makes Petit Jean's peppered ham different is a special blend of brown sugar and black pepper that is hand-rubbed onto the surface to give it a sweeter and spicier flavor and a little extra zing! OH so good!
Cook 15 minutes per every 3 pounds at 325 degrees, covered. Cured with real hickory chips and a blend of pepper and brown sugar which covers the outside of the ham. Serves approximately 30 people at 6 ounces of ham per person.
Half Ham = 7-9 pounds
Small Ham = 12-14 pounds
Medium Ham = 14-16 pounds
Large Ham = 17-19 pounds
