    Product Description

The Men's Guide Jacket is Patagonia’s most popular polyester stretch woven soft shell coat. It has a great combination of stretch, water resistance, breathability and moisture management. High alpine ridges are not a problem for the Guide Jacket. Extremely durable and breathable, the jacket's stretch woven polyester with 4-way stretch allows for an excellent fit, while its Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish helps it resist wind, water and snow. Micro fleece lining on the collar, chin guard and wind flap complements the soft, brushed interior comfort. A regular coil, center front zipper, three external pockets, articulated sleeves, a draw cord hem and sleek, stretchy self-fabric cuffs round out the details of the Men's Guide Jacket.

Recycled Polyester: Recycled used soda bottles, unusable second quality fabrics and worn out garments are used to make polyester fibers to produce many of Patagonia's clothing.

Deluge DWR: Patagonia's proprietary durable water repellent fabric finish, Deluge DWR, lasts substantially longer than standard DWRs. Garments with the Deluge DWR finish have like-new repellency after years of extensive use.

    What Customers Are Saying

Great Ski Jacket - I really like this jacket for cool fall days and also for spring skiing. I got a bright color (no hood) so that my friends can pick me out easily on a crowded day at Vail. It's a true wind stopper and has good insulating properties. I have found that on most days above 30 degrees I can wear this jacket over a base layer and mid layer and be totally comfortable temperature wise. It's stylish enough to wear out to the bars after a long day, and perfect for those crisp fall hikes in the mountains. Whenever I can't decide on what to wear for just running around town, I grab this jacket.

Light Weight and Perfect - Simply an amazing jacket that performs better than a jacket this light should.
