Subject:  Side mount causes severe dogleg.
Quality: OK.
Features: This thing makes my boat dogleg very badly. It is very hard to steer. Trolling motor has to be at nearly a 90 degree angle just to make the boat go straight. Not good for shallow water either because the prop smacks the side of the boat unless it is 12-18" below water line.
Cost: No. Build yourself a custom mount to attach to the front or rear or paddle. This side mount idea is a joke.
