Subject:These might be right for you
Quality: I did hesitate to buy because of the price but then remembered my cousin once said “what’s your hunt worth? Buy the best equipment you can.” I compared these waders to competitors and could see these were heavier, more rugged, had better reinforcement in the seat and knee, etc. Quality was just higher.
Features: These are my first waders. While I didn’t need (all) the extra chest room, I did need more room in the thighs than a ‘stout’ would allow for my boot size. I was faced with 1) buying a stout one boot size larger than I needed, 2) going with lower quality wader from a different source or 3) going with these waders. I had no idea what to expect as this would be my first duck hunt. I knew I had to wade across a creek and, due to beaver dams, the water would be mid-waist. Wouldn’t you know it, mid stream my foot got stuck in the mud and it was a bit of a chore to pull it out. I wonder if the boot would have stayed on had I purchased the larger size. I’m glad I didn’t take a chance with the larger boots.
Cost: considering all the features and the rugged construction, these are a good value when compared to other products on the market.

Subject:I Like'em
Quality: So far the quality is fine. Time will tell, but I must say that Mack's customer service is second to none! Chuck,Jeff,& Rusty will always take care of you.
Features: These are the first waders that I have ever owned that were large enough, with enough leg room in them to fit comfortably. I am not in to all the extra features I just want warmth & room. The fleece lined hand warmer paocket is nice too. These waders have it all thus far !
Cost: Value depends on several things in my book. Warmth & confort are priceless.

Subject:Warm, but be careful
Quality: The waders are warm, I could even wear regular socks last year when I first purchased them and the added room to move around was refreshing. The neoprene is great, tough and hasn't torn one bit. I give it a 3 b/c the left boot is starting to separate from the neoprene while the right boot is slightly leaking due a hole from something that was able to penetrate through the heel and into the cloth a little. For $220 these waders shouldn't have voids between the heel and the bottom of the boot itself that can be punctured that easily. Also the seam across the pelvic area rubs constantly when walking and is starting to show wear as well.
Features: The extra pocket comes in handy for storing keys and other items you don't want to get wet and the hand warmer is great for those chilly winter days in Ohio. The added reinforcement in the bottom and the knees are a welcome addition as well.
Cost: When I bought them last year they cost $180, and I thought that was a little pricey back then, will surely check out other wading options before buying another pair of these. Due to boot leaks stated earlier, that won't be too far from now. If you have some extra money and want warm boots, these are it, just be careful with the actual boot part.
Flyway: Very edge of the Mississippi flyway in Ohio.
