A new, compact Nikon Monarch 1.5-4.5x20 Shotgun Muzzleloading Riflescope, featuring a specially-designed reticle that allows turkey hunters to quickly estimate range, is the newest offering from Nikon Sport Optics. Additionally, the scope is adjusted to be parallax-free at 50 yards, allowing more accurate shot placement at typical turkey hunting ranges. It also features precision-ground and polished lenses treated with Nikon's proprietary Ultra ClearCoat that delivers 95% light transmission for sharp, bright and clear images in virtually any light or weather.
The riflescope utilizes a one piece, one-inch aluminum tube that is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed for water proof, shockproof and fogproof integrity. The 20mm objective lens provides a 13.3mm exit pupil at 1.5x with a 4.4mm exit pupil at 4.5x.
The 1.5-4.5x20 shotgun scope is available in Team Realtree Camo) with the TurkeyPro reticle that provides turkey hunters with a generous exit pupil and large field of view, yet possesses enough power for accurate shot placement on a turkey's vital zone out to the longest practical hunting ranges. The TurkeyPro reticle is a specially designed crosshair surrounded by an elliptical outer ring. The reticle vertically subtends a turkey's head at 40 yards and 4.5 power.
