The Power-Base rotates 55 degrees back and forth. The Power-Base Decoy Motion System is battery powered and can be remote controlled for operation from the hunter’s blind or pit. We suggest adding two or four Power-Bases per dozen decoys to improve the realism and effectiveness of your decoys.
