Quality: Good quality, I thought I was paying to much for the hat until I got it. Well made.
Features: The head size adjustment feature is great. I have a big head and most hats won't adjust to fit. This one did perfect.
Cost: I thought I was paying to much for a hat, but it turned out to be a great bargain.
