    Midwest Industries AK-47, 74 Extended Universal Hand guard is an extremely high quality and lightweight hand guard. Mount your lights, lasers, optics, vertical grips, or any other accessory easily and quickly. There is no gunsmithing or other modifications necessary for this hand guard to be mounted. Mount in just minutes, and have all of your accessories attached in no time! Constructed of lightweight aluminum alloy for the best possible durability and function in the field. A hard-coat anodized coating gives the finish the durability necessary for running in the woods or between countries!

    T-marked MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails bring your AK up to speed by accepting a wide range of accessories used on the AR-15 M16 platform. Hand guard with M2 Top Cover allows the use of red dot sights and iron sights. Iron sights will appear in the lower one third. Provides cooler operating environment for optic. Accepts most full size 30mm red dot sights including: Aimpoint COMPML2, Burris Speed Dot, Trijicon Tri-Power., Vortex Strikefire, Primary Arms M3 - will not co-witness. Extended Universal Hand guard extends the lower rail to 9.5 inches for additional mounting surface. The Extended Model is available with the standard Picatinny top cover.
