    Product Description

The Banded Gear Keyhole Layout Blind came from the desire to create the most practical line of waterfowl hunting blinds led Banded Gear around the globe. They searched for the perfect materials and the most technologically advanced manufacturing processes available. The goal was to fabricate blinds that were highly functional, performed in all conditions, provided optimal concealment, and made the days afield more enjoyable.

In addition, Banded wanted to create several blind concepts tailored to different types of hunting and situations. They drew up ideas, tested samples and put the ear through the rigors of the outdoors. After fine tuning they created the Keyhole Layout Blind, ideal for the mobile hunter due to its great transportability. The extremely compact, lightweight backpack design makes this blind great for packing in long distances as well as saving space in the vehicle or trailer. The Keyhole sets up in seconds and offers total disguise with the integrated concealment cover and mesh quick sight lid. You'll also find comfort and the ability to get extremely low with the adjustable back rest settings. Not only is the Keyhole designed for optimal portability, it's the lowest profile layout blind available.

What is your opinion of this product?
I bought one a couple years ago and hunt honkers in the cornfields of northwest Ohio with it. Light, easy to set up and low profile. The only thing I really don't like about tit was the Max 4 camo. I felt the manufacturer could have gone with a shadow grass or more crop field color. The first year I hunted it, I just pinned burlap to the cover and added corn stalks. Worked great. This year I mudded the hell out of it and it looks much better. Also, I wish the stubble straps ran the lengthways on the cover instead of crossways. Then you could fold it up easier and keep the stubble on the blind. The stubble straps could be a bit more snug, too. Especially on the head mesh. Overall, though, it's a very deadly blind.
