Rig a dozen decoys with J-shaped weights and up to 8 feet of cord per decoy. Weights attach to any style of decoy keel and are held in place with rubber Stretchee Cords.

Quality: Very high, excellent weights without extra slag, good stretchee cords
Features: This system works great, it keeps the lines from tangling in the bag and doesn't mark up the paint.
Cost: So far, so good. I haven't had to replace any stretchee cords yet, I've used them for 3 seasons. I do take the precaution of removing the tension during the offseason.
