Quality: Product seems to hold up very well. I am impressed.
Features: I love the buckle feature. It makes it easy on and off. I have to keep a collar on my dog at home due to city regulations, but when I hit the field I do not have to fiddle with it to get it off.
Cost: I did not know you could buy a collar for under $10 now that would actually last. Love this collar
