Quality: The item seems pretty sturdy. I have had it in the marsh twice and no problems what so ever.
Features: The item hooks nicely to my waders. The shell holders are very convenient. The handwarmer is nice and warm and blocks the wind.
Cost: The price is not too bad.
Overall: I have a condition that makes my hands very sensitive to the cold. This product has been wonderful so far. I stick a chem warmer inside the muffs and my hands stay nice and toasty. I would highly recommend this product.
