Quality: Excellent, I ordered the red dummies.
Features: Much improved! I have an antique launcher system with several launcher dummies still intact after years of use. One of my concerns was that the new dummies would not properly fit the launcher. They are an excellent fit! In actuality, the dog is much more excited about the flight pattern of the new dummies than the old. Perhaps it may be the sound they make rather than the old ones.
Cost: Compares favorably with all sites on cost -I shopped around.
