Easy to use the duck decoy anchor is pulled tight and snaps instantly onto the keel. The anchor is there to stay and will not unhook until you unhook it. The duck decoy anchor eliminates bending, tangling and paint scuffing. The duck decoy anchor system is made of heavy-duty rubber tubing that stays below the water line. The rubber tubing system is not designed for Herter’s foam or burlap type keels.
