Next Day & 2nd Day Delivery
MACK’S offers next day and 2-day Express Delivery service upgrades. See details on upgrade charges when you view your cart at checkout. Next day and 2-day orders placed by 3:00 pm (CST) will ship same day. Sorry, items that are oversized are not eligible for upgraded shipping options.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail USPS delivery service is available only for shipments to PO boxes. If you select this option for other types of addresses, the shipping method will be changed to FedEx Ground so we can track your package.
Tax Information
Mack’s Prairie Wings only charges tax on orders in Arkansas. The current tax rate applied to Arkansas orders is 7% for residents.
There are no taxes charged for Gift Certificate orders, however purchases paid for with a Gift Certificate may be subject to tax.
Backorders
We strive to keep all merchandise in stock. However, in the case that an item has to be back-ordered, we will ship that item as soon as possible by ground delivery at no additional expense. Unfortunately, we are not able to backorder any item that sells for less than $15.00.
Alaska and Hawaii
These orders must be shipped either priority mail (if P.O. Box is used), next day, or 2nd day air. No ground service is available for Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for shipping quotes 1-800-229-0296.
PO, APO & FPO Addresses:
These orders are shipped Priority Mail using our standard shipping charges (see chart). Certain items may not be shippable to PO, APO & FPO addresses. Next day and 2-day delivery cannot be shipped to PO, APO and FPO address. Call 1-800-229-0296 for more information.
Canada Shipping
Many items are eligible to ship to Canada. Please note that you will be responsible for payment of brokerage fees, duties and other import taxes applicable to your order. Special offers do not apply.
Refusal of Package Upon Delivery:
If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
48 Hour Turnaround
All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 48 hours, pending payment verification and product availability. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday.
